Description
Vintage crystal ball vase with horizontal optic panels and three ball feet.
Rarely seen 3-toed crystal ball vase made of quality colored crystal by Tiffin, USA, between 1945 and 1955. This unique styled crystal ball vase features Tiffin’s horizontal ‘Swedish Optic’ decor in Copen Blue. Thick, quality crystal with polished flat rim and slight edge bevel. Blown from optic mold (no seams), pontil mark visible in center of the three applied colorless crystal ball feet.
Tiffin crystal ball vase is in great condition with a couple very tiny rim chiggers that can be felt, but invisible to the eye. Glass is clean and brilliant. Tiffin part no. 525. Measures 4½” tall, 4½” at widest, 3″ wide mouth. Weighs 1½ lbs.
