Retro Vintage Menagerie Owl by Pilgrim Art Glass

Woodsy olive green vintage hoot owl figurine. Scarce Pilgrim Art Glass hand-made figurine from the super cool 1970’s when owls were particular favorites in decor. The hippies liked owls and mushrooms, among other things, and many of the 1970s decor items featured owls and/or mushrooms.

Blown hollow into a mold and capped at the base with a solid glass platform. Hand-made by a glass art craftsmen from Pilgrim Art Glass in America. Shown in Pilgrim’s 1970 catalog.

Nicely detailed organic-ish design. Looks a bit spaced-out. In perfect condition. Stands just over 4½” tall. Weighs just under a pound.
