Roaring Twenties Glass Satin Platinum Elegant Beverage Set
1920s – 1930s Art Deco beverage set with platinum decor. White satin and clear glass decorated with platinum bands. Beautiful old lemonade set. Made by MacBeth Evans or West Virginia Specialty.
Set includes 6 matching tumblers – all in excellent condition with very light signs of use on the platinum when inspected through a bright light. Tumbler satin is in like-new condition. At first glance, they look new. The pitcher shows more of its age with some wear to the platinum and satin, must look closely to see. No chips, no cracks, no liquid stains. All black areas on the platinum in the images are from light reflecting on the metal. There are no black marks on the platinum.
Large pitcher is blown from optic mold (no seams) and hand tooled with applied solid glass handle. Tumblers are blown from mold, no seams, swirled pontil mark.
Pitcher measures 11.25″ tall and 7″ at widest part, weighs 3 lbs. Tumblers are 5″ tall. Beautiful elegant set. Fun to use.
