Big Eye Get Well Soon Pretty Please Statue
Vintage ‘Big Eye Get Well Soon, Pretty Please’ statue. Wildly popular in the 1960s-1970s. Came in a large variety of big-eye human cartoon forms with different sayings and were called ‘Sillisculps’.
Made by W & R Berries and Co. in the U.S.A. All were signed and dated. This well-wishing little girl is dated 1970. Extremely detailed. Made of resin with applied eyes and shading. Some of the stain used for shading was dripped onto the base. Otherwise in perfect condition. Stands 5½” tall, weighs 1/2 lb.
