Mid-century modern Red Wing Pottery console bowl in Cinnamon. Designed by one of their very popular modernist artist Charles Murphy. Marked Red Wing, USA, M-1447 on the seat.
The original Red Wing, maker of the infamous collectible pottery, closed in 1967. Today the name is used again by a revivalist company. Read more about Red Wing.
Slender console bowl with fluid shape. Large, measures 12″ long, 6″ wide, and 2″ deep. It’s in pristine condition. Hard to find in the lovely, decor friendly cinnamon color. Use as a fruit bowl, catch all, flower bowl, candle bowl, etc. Perfect for the mid-century decor enthusiast.
